Why is the autocorrect feature experimental?

Unfortunately, the autocorrect feature is experimental yet, because it breaks some big websites from working correctly. The current list of broken websites/problems can be found if you look for the “site-issue” label in the issue list. If you find other problematic sites, feel free to report it.

Up until know, we have not found a proper solution. We have asked on Stackoverflow and tried multiple solutions, but none did work. If you are a web developer and have some tips or know some details, we're glad for any help.
