Introduced new command system

Refactored the code base and added enhancements like controller-wide commands and increased robustness of the interface.
Updated documentation accordingly.

There is limited support for the old script arguments but don't expect miracles. It will be removed eventually.

Added slave device support

Updated the script to support virpil slave board LEDs. Documentation has been updated accordingly.

Minor corrections.

Explained Windows file unblocking and provided instructions to get around the issue.
Bumped NuGet dependencies.

Revert to using HidLibrary pending next SPAD release.

Simplified the code base a little and added enhancements from c0nnex

Built against SPAD.neXt version 0.9.24.26.
