For D3 I will use angularjs-nvd3-directives and d3js.
$ bower install d3 --save-dev
$ bower install nvd3 --save-dev
$ bower install angularjs-nvd3-directives --save-dev
$ bower install angular-nvd3 --save-dev
For the D3 chart I was having difficulties using the module above (angularjs-nvd3-directives) so I switched to angular-nvd3.
