Impossible to click on scroll bar

When on http://rust-lang.github.io/book/ , it is impossible to click on the scroll bar on the right edge of the screen (maximized window) because the large right-arrow link to http://rust-lang.github.io/book/installation.html covers it. Frankly I'm not even sure how that's possible, but there it is.

Firefox 44.

That's weird, it happens on Chrome too. I will look into it.

Would you mind posting this issue in mdBook? It's what Steve uses to render this book (I am the author).
