Those functions are trivial and non-generic. It's necessary to use `#[inline]` to enable cross-crate inlining for non-generic functions when LTO is disabled.

Those functions are trivial and non-generic. It's necessary to use `#[inline]` to enable cross-crate inlining for non-generic functions when LTO is disabled.
