We've experienced this issue, when compiling bincode today on an automated CI run. All other CI runs experience the same issue with bincode. Locally on Macos I experience the same issue with the same compiler version. All previous versions would compile.

Meta

rustc 1.70.0-nightly (ab654863c 2023-03-15) running on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu

note: compiler flags: --crate-type lib -C target_cpu=native -C embed-bitcode=no -C debuginfo=2 -C overflow-checks=off -C strip=debuginfo

Error output

Nevermind, I just saw #109209 and #109199. Closing this as duplicate

bincode fails to build on today's nightly and it will be fixed on tomorrow's, so it is a duplicate of the pinned issue #109199 indeed.
