The user should be able to use a shapefile with a different CRS than the raster files, therefore a reprojection must be implemented to convert the shapefile points into the same CRS as the raster.
The conversion between georreferenced coordinates to image row col was done erroneously. The current method is too simple (linear transformation) and wields wrong coordinates. This transformation is more complicated than that, then it must be corrected.
