- Add DELETE /api/users/me endpoint (standalone + PostgreSQL)
- Add users.delete() to local db.js
- Add kb delete [--force] CLI command with confirmation
- Add bilingual help (en/ja) for delete command
- Fix files field in package.json to include src/i18n.js and src/locales/
- Bump version to 3.1.2
