feat(updates): auto translate changelogs

• Uses Google Translate with the simplytranslate package
• Translations are done with the scripts/translate_changelogs.dart script by me rather than each user for speed and efficiency
• The translated changelogs will also be displayed on F-Droid
• Closes Release notes translation #549
