Log File generation for BigJob.

Hi!

Currently BIGJOB_VERBOSE prints the trace messages on screen. It would be better to write all the log messages into a bigjob log file, which helps to check logs for long running jobs.

bigjob.logger exposes the full Python Logging API to the user. The user is free to use this class and re-format the log file or write it to an external location such a file.

Previously, when SAGA_VERBOSE is set, it used to generate a log file, ( with only SAGA engine traces ). I thought something similar to BigJob or Pilot-API would be good and useful.
