-1 on adding ad-hoc installation commands for 1 platform. We can do better - dummy package with system package info (#31206).

I'll take care of this in a follow up.
our instructions on Tkinter are outdated, as they don't take into account possible use of system Python in Sage.
This is a fix for this issue, which confuses users, see e.g. sage-develop here
The Italian FAQ has been done by Matteo, a native speaker.
Will fix #36710
