integrating MathSciNet publications

Once sagemath/publications#75 is resolved, integrate the new mathscinet publications html rendering in a new page. Also, figure out if this should be replaced with the default, or if we should have a dedicated publications page index listing all our pages with explanations (i.e. mathscinet (automatic), curated (not really up to date, but contains thesis and books not in mathscinet), combinat, mupad)
