(insecure in that multiple users could maybe connect to each other's servers via localhost, maybe.)

Fix either with a password or something else, e.g., switch to an internal kubernetes docker thing inside docker, if possible? Or something.... I don't know.

Fixed by the Jupyter rewrite... or rather, replaced by #2031
