How do we send a media file without uploading it repeatedly

If we have to send a media file to 200 contacts. What is the best way to send it without uploading it to WhatsApp servers repeatedly? Is there a way we send the media file once and retrieve the URL and use that for all the contacts?

Just use endpoint Send File URL should look like this : {base_url}/message/mediaurl?key=123
this endpoint is much faster to send any file.

and of course you need first to upload file to your storage server and send your file or document using url provided from storage.
