复现步骤

官网文档的例子中，懒加载使用选项，如果返回的数据是2条，则左右滑动js报错，而且如果返回的数据为空集合时，页面显示一直是加载中的状态

Slide 目前无法处理 children 只有 1个的情况，目前临时的解决办法，你可以等轮播的内容被载入之后再渲染 Slide。

目前 Slide 在动态切换items 数量的情况下，确实有问题，这个比较难解决，最近这周会再看下，目前推荐的方案是先用其他元素占位，等到数据获取到之后再渲染 Slide
