  1. fix(suse): update to php8 

    Modern openSUSE distributions no longer ship PHP 5 - set defaults to PHP
8 instead.

  2. test(suse): update to Leap 15.4 

    openSUSE Leap 15.3 is discontinued - test with 15.4 containers instead.
