Lending Club ML Project using Python Link

  • Worked with Lending Club dataset from Kaggle containing 700k rows and 28 columns (Numerical and Categorical)
  • Created and trained Logistic, Random Forests, and Gradient Boosted trees using SciKit and XGBoost.
  • Obtained an accuracy of 90% on test dataset, after experimenting with 5 hyperparameters.

Exploratory Data Analysis and Visualization of NFL Play By Play Data Link

  • Processed and analyzed data for 50k+ rows and 350+ columns using Pandas
  • Created visualizations(scatter plots, bar charts, histograms, maps, etc) using Seaborn, Plotly & Folium
  • Teams with the most touchdowns in the NFL were the Kansas City Chiefs & Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Webscraping project on Pro Football Reference Link

  • Scraped 600 rows and 8 columns of football and fantasy stats from pro-football-reference.com
  • Built functions such as get_stats(), get_all_qbs() and write_csv() to scrape stats for each position
  • Stored data consisting of 600+ rows x 7 columns and into 2021-Fantasy-Leaders.csv using Pandas

  • Analyzed Bookshop dataset and created new sheets Total Sales & average rating using Pivot feature
  • Created Dashboard for Sales attribute and Ratings attribute with bar charts and scatter plots
  • Etaion Shrdlu Press dominates publisher spending, but sales were close with Palimpest
