NTG Disable Scroll is a tiny angular directive for disabling default number input scrolling.
- bower install ntg-disable-scroll
- Include ntgDisableScroll.js in your app and inject 'ntgDisableScroll' into your app module
- apply ntg-disable-scroll to number inputs that you want scrolling disabled on
