1. Method of input for submodels changed. Submodels are input as their own maps 2. Define LGR_COMPILE_TIME_MATERIAL_BRANCHES at compile time to turn on compile time material branching. Requires defining some material model parameters in lgr_hyper_ep_user.hpp. This is a proof of concept that compile time model branching can lead to speed ups in material model evaluation.
