AreaFree recording (not require premium login)

- Files
	GetHLSRadiko.sh   : HLS downloader and archiver for radiko
	0Key-radiko.bin   : auth keyfile for mobile 
	0Random-radiko.pl : random info generator

	(require perl, bash, ffmpeg)
   
- Usage
	GetHLSRadiko.sh STR dur Sta [AID]

	or

	GetHLSRadiko.sh STR TIME Sta TF  (for TIME FREE)


	STR: Any character string
	dur: duration time (second) (plus margin time 120 sec in the script)
	Sta: Station ID (ex. QRR, OBC, ...)
	AID: AreaID for radiko (ex. JP13=TOKYO, ....) OPTIONAL

	TIME:start and end time strings(12 digits time strings)
		  (ex. 201801011230-201801011300)
	TF:	 STRING 'TF' (for TIME FREE mode)


	ex.
	-live recording for JOQR AGSON
		GetHLSRadiko.sh AGSON 7200 QRR

	-TIME FREE recording for JOQR AGSON at 21:00 on 10 Nov 2018.
		GetHLSRadiko.sh AGSON 201811102100-201811102300 QRR TF
