Support for different memo types

As a Solar user, I should be able to select the type of memo that I want to include with my tx. More about memo types can be seen here.

I already worked on this in #1211. Solar had an auto-detect mechanism i.e. it would check if your destination is a known exchange or so and set the type accordingly but it broke some time ago.
