As the package maintainer I want to create packages for Linux automatically to make creating releases easy and reproducible.

Implemented #15 Added basic CPack packaging
ec8c5ef 
Using the CPack there currently there are created:
- Source package
- Development package
Optionally it will be possible to create examples package.
