Centrifuge 1.0.4-beta from 10. June 2018. P.S. Image not tested yet for custom DBs creation. Optimized for using prebuilt NCBI_NT database, provided by the Centrifuge developers. Download and place the prebuilt index database in the working directory and follow the instructions in the original manual.
