Nushell has a new way of defining environment variables and deprecated the old way of using let-env. Now you just mutate the $env variable.

Nushell support for Kubie broke with the latest Nushell update as Nushell has a new way of defining environment variables and deprecated the old way of using
let-env. Now you just mutate the$envvariable.This PR updates the syntax and fixes the issue.
