The 0.5 target has been obsolete for 5 years. We should remove it.
The 1.0 target also includes libraries that have published for milestones and RCs of 1.0.0, which are not relevant anymore.
1.0 should actually read 1.x, and apply to 1.1.0 and any future 1.x version.
