Fixing the event time for large (> 1 Gig ) file storage type 3. In these files events are stored as sample number and the offset for the header and channel description should not be removed

Fixing the event time for large (> 1 Gig ) file storage type 3. In these files, events are stored as sample number and the offset for the header and channel description should not be removed. The subtraction creates an offset ( 22 milliseconds in our case with 66 channels) of event times. This was checked by comparing both the short (<1 gig) and long (>1gig) files against the values for the events exported from the Neuroscan Edit 4.5.1 software.
