For performance and hopefully fewer maintenance chores. Use a fairly maximal selection of checks to begin with.
Just `noqa`-flag all occurrences, uses are as desired at the moment.
Assuming all data from the API is in the Europe/Helsinki timezone.
TCH003 and friends necessitate use of postponed annotation evaluation or string literals to handle forward references. The former's status seems somewhat unclear, and the latter is just... meh.
