Octopress 2.3 requires Ruby 1.9.3 Will this work?

Ruby 1.9.3 support was added a few months ago. I haven't tried it with Octopress 2.3 yet though. Please let me know if you have any issues.

It's working. I just deployed a Octopress blog using Ruby 1.9.3. I used these instructions: http://blog.zerosharp.com/setting-up-octopress-on-windows/ (just with 1.9.3 instead of 1.9.2)

Please see if its working in the normal command prompt. It missing, please add ruby bin folder to PATH variable in the environment variables.

Thanks @scalagirl, I posted a comment on the stackoverflow question. I haven't tested yari on Windows in a long time.
