I think that similarly we can do synonyms and antonyms with a Wiktionary dump process :) |

Description
This issue is for discussing and adding synonyms of words that would support the future
Translate
feature as well as a potentialSynonym
feature. Synonyms of many words can be found on Wiktionary, but this Wikimedia service is not set up for optimal machine reading. It would be best if this information was ported to Wikidata so that it could be simply queried. With this information available Scribe could add a
Synonym
command that would be very useful for native speakers, thus allowing Scribe keyboards to replace all system keyboards, not just those used by second language learners. Synonyms would also be necessary for the eventualTranslate
feature as when options are presented they could have their synonyms shown such that a user could derive which one best fits the context. As of now this feature is not of high priority, but it will be more important as progress on other issues in the Translation project.
