[Deleted] Order Translate and Synonym suggestions

Description

This issue is very long term. The idea is that once Translate offers the user options, these options could effectively be ordered with the use of saved vector representations of words and NLP. The words that are already typed within the proxy could be converted to their saved vector representations, and then a combination of these vectors could then be compared to the vectors of the possible Translate options.

This would require the Scribe team to either compute these vectors and save them in app, or use those vectors that are computed by a publicly available model. Importantly these vector representations could also be used in the computation of the best auto-suggestions and auto-corrections.

• This issue is blocked by Convert Translate command #41 and with that the rest of the Translation project
• It's not included in the translation project as that project focuses only on getting Translate out of beta

This would also be useful for #3 in that the suggestions could also be calculated based comparisons over vector representations of words.
