VRPN for Pure-Data and Max/MSP

From the VRPN website: "The Virtual-Reality Peripheral Network (VRPN) is a set of classes within a library and a set of servers that are designed to implement a network-transparent interface between application programs and the set of physical devices (tracker, etc.) used in a virtual-reality (VR) system."

VRPD allows one to receive data from vrpn_Tracker, vrpn_Analog and vrpn_Button devices sent by a VRPN server in PureData and Max/MSP.

There are binaries for Pd / GNU/Linux and Pd/MacOSX in the bin directory.
Otherwise you can compile the externals for your platform using the flext scripts in each directory, or at once using "./waf configure;./waf"
