ipc_message: used_gas in deploy

the problematic line of code is here. we need to convert ExecuteResult into WasmResult in a different way or perhaps, uniting them into one struct? @moriaab @elichai what do you say?

I'll try to look into this, It doesn't make a lot of sense becussr it just copys it.
