CortxMotrQuickStart.md - points to invalid branch

This command (as in https://github.com/Seagate/cortx/blob/master/doc/CortxMotrQuickStart.md) doesn't work:

git clone --recursive git@github.com:Seagate/cortx-motr.git -b main

Correct command is git clone --recursive git@github.com:Seagate/cortx-motr.git -b dev

either we need to rename "dev" branch as "main" or update specs.

I prefer 'master', as this is typical for repositories in git.

Jeetandra, by the way, the CORTX team, following Seagate guidelines on inclusivity, have recently been cleaning up our usage of offensive language. As such, we are replacing all usages of the word 'master' with 'dev' or 'main'.
