Big idea: an operator can see why their score is so low/high.

For each badge, which thus far are: Bandwidth, Exit Bandwidth, Consensus Weight, Number of Countries, Number of Relays.

Display the "weight" of that category [for now just set all weights to 1.0], and the raw number of points in that category. Keep a running total as go down the page, finally resulting in the operators total number of points.

Good idea, perhaps that could also substitute the original general points breakdown page as well?
I'm also thinking about including geo diversity, rare ports, etc. into consideration as well (as per nusenu's suggestions)

Also, what would the operator_id be?

Operator_id is the same as the family_id
