Make 'frames' optional when shell integration is active #90

When the shell integration has been installed/activated in a shell session the output of every command is captured and framed by default unless there is a rule configured to prevent this. This issue requests that the default behaviour be selectable in the 'Frames' part of the settings tab.

This issue is resolved in the 0.35 release.
