Selenium python should have a way to 'blacklist' aka mock responses

Need to implement a way to mock responses. would signifigantly speed up tests that open
pages with third party connections.

This is outside the scope of the project. I'd suggest exploring one of two options:

1) blocking access to the sites at the OS level (eg: using a firewall)

2) using a chained proxy that provides this capability.
