Error - Your browser doesnt support Xml Http Request

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Record the tests in firfox by entering the home page URL
2.Playback the script
3.Home page URL throws the error, "Your browser doesnt support Xml Http
Request"

Firefox 3.5
.Net 3.5
Windows Server 2008 R2

It's a Selenium's bug. Check it out here:
http://code.google.com/p/selenium/issues/detail?id=388

The fix should be implemented in version 1.0.6.

Meanwhile, you can fix it by yourself. Here is how I did it:

1. search for "selenium-ide-common.xul" file in "C:\Documents and Settings\<your user
name>\" folder
2. edit it and add the following code in e.g. line 64:

src="chrome://selenium-ide/content/selenium/scripts/xmlextras.js"/>

3. restart Firefox.
