Please add the function of sending "CAPSLOCK" in webdriver.

In Keys.java, there're SHIFT, CTRL and other function keys, but no CAPSLOCK.
Yes, I know by using SHIFT, the function of CAPSLOCK can be simulated.
But sometimes I just want to test whether CAPSLOCK works well.
So if it's not too difficult, please add the support for CAPSLOCK.
This will help me much.

Oh.
Since SHIFT can be supported, why is CAPSLOCK so difficult to support?

Unfortunately not all computers come with a caps lock so closing this as there is a
workaround with holding shift
