Cannot use PhantomJS with selenium-java 2.44.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the code:
   public static void main(String[] args) {
    PhantomJSDriver webdriver = new PhantomJSDriver();
    webdriver.close();
  }

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect PhantomJS to open and close, but getting error instead:

The static method Proxies.extractProxy(Capabilities capabilities) used by PhantomJSDriverService
[1] was deprecated half a year ago, see commit 0ed66eaa0be8fd354a1fd669be111182693da7e4

Now it is deleted, and PhantomJS is forced to avoid using this method.

Instead, a method Proxy.extractFrom(Capabilities capabilities) should be used.

So please raise an issue on the PhantomJS driver tracker [2]

I have published patched PhantomJS in our Maven repo. Feel free to use it until the
official PhantomJS is released:

</dependency>

This version is PhantomJS 1.2.0 patched for working with Selenium 2.44.0
