[🐛 Bug]: Local Network Access Check pop up is crashing Selenium tests

Description

How can I disable pop up Local Network Access Check ("look for and connect to any device on your local network") using
ChromeOptions options = new ChromeOptions(); ?

I am using chrome 141

Reproducible Code

Pop up has 2 buttons: "Allow" and "Block"
