sorry again for my express.

I mean:

1.jsduck ouput the doc include ./extjs/ext-all-debug,js which is no need (already had ext-all.js)
2.does jsduck offer any command line option for just output jsdoc, don't output js source

OK, I see... you are asking for two separate things.

  1. ext-all-debug.js is indeed not needed when creating simple API docs. But it is included because it's loaded by the bootstrap.js which in turn is used by examples (as seen in official Ext JS docs). But the whole examples thing will need a lot of work... consider it a temporary crap.
  2. Yeah, the current JSON export creates a source directory which I bet is mostly not needed. The reason for this is that the JSON contains links referencing the files in source directory. But I think it should be possible to do without it. I'll see into that.
