Readme should have example for Swift_SmtpTransport which is the recommended way

There should be a complete example of how to use the Swift_SmtpTransport.

Furrthermore the example should include Subject substitutions.

Noted :). But we don't have any plans to do that. (Just the badges - which are unique to those who have had an accepted pull request of code changes/fixes.)
