Readme should have example for Swift_SmtpTransport which is the recommended way #79

There should be a complete example of how to use the Swift_SmtpTransport.

Furrthermore the example should include Subject substitutions.

I've updated that to have the subject substitution example. See: sendgrid/sendgrid-php-example#3

Thanks for the Badges offer..

Because I am a Sendgrid Silver client I would be more interested in getting
a couple months for free I think.. ;
Or maybe an year free on an additional IP for a new domain in the same
account..

Noted :). But we don't have any plans to do that. (Just the badges - which are unique to those who have had an accepted pull request of code changes/fixes.)
