INSTALL, USAGE, CHANGES, FEEDBACK and BUGS docs are located in the
/doc directory. Even if you have previously read the docs please make the
effort to go thru them again. This release contains many major changes, not
only to the application, but to the overall project itself.

Please refer to the CHANGES doc for important information regarding *.conf
file format changes!
