Looks like coverage dropped because integration test is now moved to separate package. |

This PR changes the structure of code to avoid cyclic dependencies. All domain objects are now in
function,eventandsubscriptionpackage without external dependencies. Function and Subscription service backed by libkv is inlibkvpackage.
