While updating the package of this crate in Debian I noticed that tests were being skipped due to a dev-dependency on an old version of rand. So I whipped up a patch.

With this patch, and a backported patch for #66, "RUSTC_BOOTSTRAP=1 cargo test --all --all-targets --all-features" succeeds, I think that only builds the examples though and doesn't run them.
