yeah it's sad, i'm a free user too so i can no longer develop this :(
filtering out the premium overlay is possible, but the lyrics won't be fully loaded since it's on their side.

it's absolutely possible to fetch lyrics somewhere else and display them on spotify, BUT it's very out of scope for my extension.
