Move https://github.com/shakacode/control-plane-flow/blob/main/docs/tips.md#env-values to file secrets-and-env-values and explain the relationship between:

  • GVC Identity record <==> workload
  • GVC Identity maps to Org-policy (aka binding)
  • Org policy maps to org secret
