Hello.., I also facing the same issue.

But it doesn't giving me notification on MetaMask.

Ganache is working and I done making changes in IPFS and restart it.

Can you please help me to overcome this issue.. Waiting for your responds.

make sure you are using only IPFS-CLI (kubo), not IPFS Desktop, if you installed IPFS Desktop stop it or uninstall it and delete the .ipfs folder in the above location, then configure IPFS.
