[BUG] When I set a freeday (!setfreeday) dmg will disable

• I have checked that my issue doesn't exist yet.
• I have tried my absolute best to reduce the problem-space and have provided the absolute smallest test-case possible.
• I can always reproduce the issue with the provided description below.

Describe the bug

When I set a freeday manually (Warden or Admin) with !setfreeday command no one can attack each other.
Ofcourse sm_freeday_damage "1".

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Ofcourse need minimum 2 players. U can try with BOT.
2. Become a Warden or Admin. Type !setfreeday or choose from MyJailbreak menu. Previously check cvars for permission for using this.
3. See the result. Try to attack an enemy.

Environment

• Current SourceMod version: 1.11.0.6911
• Current Metamod: Source snapshot version: 1.12.0-dev+1161
• Current MyJailBreak version: https://shanapu.de/MyJailBreak/

• I have updated SourceMod to the latest version and it still happens.
• I have updated SourceMM to the latest snapshot and it still happens.
• I have update MyJailBreak to the latest dev version and it still happens.

I've created a pull request #401 to fix this bug.

Sadly, it seems like the developer (shanapu) is inactive, so in the mean time, you can head to https://github.com/azalty/MyJailbreak/releases and download the latest dev-all-patches version from me.

These releases include all the patches I've done in MyJailbreak. Download instructions are located in the release's description.
Don't forget to add the new translations phrases (added with my other patches)!

Keep me updated if that fixed it for you, but please don't close the issue until the #401 pull request is merged (maybe one day, shanapu will come back and approve my changes)

Thanks for reporting this problem, I believe I fixed it now, there was a problem with the values I used.

I've uploaded dev-all-patches v7 which contains the updated patch-8 (#401)

Tell me if that fixes it for you :)
