I don't have the Hugo build tool install so I can't test it, but I believe this fixes the broken links. The logo was working on the `sharec.js.org` site but wasn't working when viewed in the github repo, I don't know if switching to the full `https://raw.githubusercontent.com/....` is a reliable solution and might need to be reverted leaving it working on the site and broken on the repo. Regression from PR sharecjs#146 Issue sharecjs#151
